Welcome to West End Life.....
With the sun and blue sky making more regular appearances, it seems that Summer is doing it’s best to arrive and there is a lot to look forward to.
We have something to do for everyone from Punch & Judy shows on the lawn of the Botanics to the Glasgow Roller Derby and a Diamond Jubilee Tea.
The West End Festival starts on 1 June for most of the month bringing fantastic events to many venues in our lively West End with full listings on the panel above. The Glasgow Mela brings some multi cultural fun in June too. There’s loads to do and it’s all listed here.
Kirsty Wark tells you all about cooking, Newsnight and what the West End means to her and we have amazing competitions including the new tasting menu plus wine for two people at Hotel du Vin @ One Devonshire Gardens, a relaxing aromatherapy massge, tickets to the Scottish Homebuilding and Renovating Show and dinner for six at Masala Twist.
